Engineering

Precision in every dimension

24/7 continuous operation

A robust twin-motor drive system built for non-stop shift work.

A true 5.0 m large format

Ultra-wide textiles run through in one piece, seam free.

Zero-touch automation

Fully automatic changeover between router and knife heads.

Intelligent Matrix Scanning

Real-time camera scanning corrects material distortion as it happens.

Throughput

Your cutter sets the pace

01

Precision at full speed

„Slow down and you fall behind.“

A twin-motor bridge delivers 2G acceleration and speeds up to 120 m/min, with micro-distortion held at zero.

02

Fully automatic, end to end

„Your printer runs autonomously. Your finishing deserves the same.“

Motorised roll unwinders, automatic height adjustment and high-performance vacuum keep the line moving on its own.

03

The 5 m format

„A cutter that forces you to piece the job together sets your limit for you.“

56 % more format width per pass than a 3.2 m cutter.

The Matrix system

The time goes into alignment, well before the cut

Scan and correct on the fly

The camera system reads the contours and compensates material distortion automatically.

Direct feed

Material is drawn in and positioned in one continuous motion.

Measurable time saved

Set-up and handling time comes back to you as throughput.

Refurbished systems

Also available as a fully refurbished machine

Some projects start best with proven technology from second ownership. Bullmer refurbishes used cutting systems completely at the Mehrstetten site and puts them through the same final acceptance as a new machine — carried out by the same engineers. You get dependable performance at a capital outlay that leaves room in your investment plan.

In the sign and graphics segment there are typically two to four systems available; the stock turns over continuously.
